We'll then spend our second full day in the park on a day trip visiting Sea Gull Lake- the largest lake in the Boundary Waters- to canoe the river as frontier fur trappers would have done.

We'll then spend our fourth day in the forest on a second trip to Ely to learn more about indigenous culture and practices with the Ely Folk School.

For our final day camping, we'll take a day trip to Voyageurs National Park to visit the Rainy Lake Visitor Center before hiking the Echo Bay Trail.

Participants will then get a free day to explore the Superior National Forest and its several trails and nearby communities.

Itineraries and daily schedules are subject to change. We expect to do everything listed in the itinerary, though the order may be rearranged based on weather or other local conditions.
