Days 1-4: Mumbai

After arriving in Mumbai, we'll spend our first full day with breakfast at Cafe Madras before learning more about the region's history at the Prince of Wales Museum.

We'll them spend our second full day in Mumbai learning more about India's cultural history at the Victoria & Albert Museum before tasting Mumbai's street food in the Girgaum Chowpatty neighborhood.

We'll then spend our final day in Mumbai tasting local teas at Chaayos before getting dinner at then incredible restaurant Tanatan.

Days 5-8: Hyderabad

After flying to Hyderabad, we'll spend the evening learning about Telugu cuisine at the authentic Rayalaseema Ruchulu restaurant.

We'll then spend our first full day in Hyderabad learning about the growing coffee culture of the country with a visit to Roastery Coffee House before learning more about the history of the region at Telangana State Archaeology Museum.

Participants will then get a free day to explore Hyderabad on their own and explore its culture, history, and food.

We'll then spend our last day in the city with Chowmahala Palace to learn about the royal Nizams before exploring the street food of Gachibowli neighborhood.

Days 10-14: Goa

After flying to Goa, we'll get our first taste of local cuisine at the Lazy Goose overlooking the picturesque backwaters of Goa.

We'll then spend our first full day in our final location with breakfast at Baba au Rhum before learning about local history at Goa Chitra Museum.

On our second full day in Goa, we'll explore the street food of Candolim before having an afternoon relaxing on Ashwem Beach.

For our third full day in Goa, we'll explore the local tea culture with a visit to Tea Trunk Tea Room before learning more about local history at Goa State Museum.

We'll then spend our final day with a free morning preceding dinner at one of the region's best restaurants of Chef Peter's Kitchen.

 

Itineraries and daily schedules are subject to change. We expect to do everything listed in the itinerary, though the order may be rearranged based on weather or other local conditions.
